Submit Guest Recipe

In order for you to be my “Kitchen Company” by submitting a recipe, please read below:

Each week I will select one recipe from all of the week’s submissions to be my Guest Recipe Feature for the next week on my blog. The recipe will be tested and adapted, if necessary; then written and photographed to be the Guest Recipe Feature on my blog the next week. On the blog, I will give credit to the person sending the winning recipe by using his or her name, city, state, and country. (Unless instructed on the submission form that the recipe is from “Anonymous”). My gift to the winner will be one of my cookbooks sent by mail. Each other recipe submitter will also be credited the next week by names, cities, states, and countries. My blog week runs from Tuesday at 8 AM to the following Tuesday at 8 AM. The Guest Recipe Feature winner’s recipe should be on my blog on Tuesday afternoon.

Please Note: by submitting a recipe to me, you will be giving me your permission to use your recipe and adapt it, if necessary. You will also be giving me your e-mail address to send you blog updates. Please list me on your “contacts list” so my e-mails will not go into the “spam mail” dark hole in the universe!

When selecting a recipe to submit, please follow these two guidelines:

1. Short Preparation Time
2. Selected Ingredients are Available in Most USA Food Markets.
