Spiced, Grilled Slices Yellow Summer SQUASH

6 large yellow crookneck squash

CAVENDER’S All Purpose Greek Seasoning

 

 

 



Wash all squash thoroughly & dry.  Cut whole squash in half lengthwise; then cut each half in half, again, to produce 4 slices per squash. Cut a small slice off of each slice that has a rounded edge, so that each squash slice has 2 flat sides.  Sprinkle both sides of all slices with CAVENDER’S All Purpose Greek Seasoning.  Don’t over-season; more can be added after cooking, if needed.  Grill in a grill-skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side with the grill lid closed; then open grill & continue to cook as desired.  Use these grilling instructions as a guideline since each grill cooks differently.  Do not overcook slices.
